The Prime8 is an extended surface pleated air filter, designed to provide high efficiency, high dust holding capacity and low pressure drop. The Prime8 is available in standard capacity as well as high capacity (Prime8HC). As an extended-surface air filter, the Prime8, performs at superior levels in comparison to standard pleated filters. The Prime8 has a MERV 8A rating per ASHRAE Test Standards 522-Appendix J. The Prime8 is also ANSI/UL 900 Classified.
