The CTC Supply Journey
Founded in 2000 by Keith Sutton, CTC Supply began as a local HVAC distributor committed to serving contractors in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Built on hard work, treating employees like family, and an unwavering commitment to customer service, CTC Supply quickly grew into one of the most trusted names in the HVAC industry.
In 2004, CTC began its relationship with ICP, bringing the reputable HEIL brand to contractors throughout the region. They also became a proud member of BLUE HAWK in 2019, earning multiple awards from both these partners for performance and growth.
As word spread beyond Fayetteville, contractors across Eastern North Carolina sought out CTC’s service-driven approach. From 2014 through 2024, CTC expanded to four locations, adding branches in Jacksonville, Ocean Isle Beach, and Bogue – each one built on the same commitment to reliability, availability, and relationships.
At CTC Supply, our success has always been built on people. From the beginning, Keith Sutton’s vision was to create more than a workplace – he wanted a place where employees felt like family. That spirit still guides us today. We invest in training, career development, and a culture where every team member has a voice and takes pride in the role they play.
Today, Keith Sutton and his son Cole lead CTC Supply into its next chapter.
